This is a memory game designed to practice affixes (prefixes, base words, and suffixes) in order to improve student vocabulary. In order to make matches, students must correctly match a word part with its definition. There are three different sets of words included in the packet so that games can be played with one set at a time (24 cards), or sets can be combined for larger games (48 or 72 cards).
Cutting out the cards is the only prep needed.
